We charge a flat fee on all services and visa types. There are no hidden costs involved. Our fee structure is easy to understand and broken down for more clarity. Our fees are payable in advance for each step of the migration process.

We understand that migration can be a costly affair. For majority of clients, factors such as level of experience and flat fee are important.

For extra peace of mind and safety of certain clients, we also offer a “100% Money Back (No Visa No Fee)” guarantee. This basically means that if a visa application is refused, then we will refund our professional fees for the visa application in full.

The “100% Money Back (No Visa No Fee)” guarantee is not a guarantee of visas, rather offering to refund our professional fees if a visa application is refused. Please note that any disbursements, including visa application charges paid to DHA or other migration bodies will not be refunded.

How does our 100% Money Back Guarantee work?

  • During your initial consultation, one of our migration experts will assess your circumstances to determine what visa options are available to you.
  • If you are eligible for one of the visa options covered by our No Visa, No Fee Guarantee and you meet the criteria for the visa, you will be offered our No Visa, No Fee Guarantee.
  • If you proceed to engage us to handle your visa application and your application is refused; we will refund our professional fees in full for your visa application.
  • Note that fee for consultations, sponsorship and nomination applications, expression of interest, state/territory nominations, skills assessments etc. are not refundable.

Our 100% Money Back Guarantee (No Visa, No Fee) does not apply under any of the following circumstances:

  • An applicant and/or any other party fails a Health or Character test.
  • An application fails due to a change in legislation or policy after the visa application is lodged.
  • An applicant and/or any other party fails to disclose information which causes the application to be unsuccessful.
  • An applicant and/or any other party provides us with documentation or information which is false or misleading or which cannot be independently verified.
  • An applicant or an applicant’s partner fails to prove that their relationship is genuine and continuing.
  • An applicant and/or any other party withdraws their support for the application.
  • An applicant and/or any other party is unlawful at the time of application.
  • An applicant for a Partner visa holds a bridging visa at the time of application.
  • An applicant’s relationship status changes during the processing of an application.
  • An applicant and/or any other party has previously been refused, cancelled or overstayed a visa.
  • An application fails due to delays caused by skills assessing authorities or state or territory governments or other migration bodies in processing applications.
  • An application is not selected from the SkillSelect application pool within 24 months of lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI).
  • A state or territory nomination for a visa application is withdrawn or refused.
  • A visa application is refused due to a nomination application being refused.
  • An applicant and/or any other fails to follow the advice and instructions of My Migration
  • An applicant and/or any other contacts the DHA or imports an application to their ImmiAccount without our consent.

100% of the professional fees will be returned to the nominated Australian bank account. If the account is not Australian, you will be required to pay any transfer fee, bank fees and exchange rate fees.

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the issue of a refusal.
