General Skilled Migration (GSM) program is for points-tested skilled workers, who have skills in particular occupations required in Australia. They can be eligible independently or be nominated by a relative or a State/Territory.

It is also suitable for international students, who have recently completed a course in Australia.

Skilled Work Regional (provisional) (Subclass 491) visa

This provisional visa is for points-tested skilled workers who are sponsored by an eligible relative living in a designated area of Australia or by an Australian state or territory government agency.
